Here are some common questions about IPM AFR RH
Only the services specified in the contract are covered. The excluded services are defined by Article 3 of the interministerial decree n°2013-2159 of April 18, 2013,setting the standard models of statutes and internal regulations of IPMs. An official list of excluded services is available upon request from our service.
No, these services are part of the excluded services according to decree n°2013-2159 and are not covered by our IPM. (add a link or attachment to the official list)
For all partner providers, the coverage is 100 %immediate. You pay nothing on site and can receive care without any costs upfront.
Although theoretically planned, the co-payment is not applied on site. The actual distribution between the IPM's share and that of the beneficiary is calculated after receipt and processing of the invoices. On site, you therefore benefit from full coverage without any additional payment.
You must send us:
- the clear and readable invoice
- with the provider's "paid" stamp
The IPM reimburses its share within 48 hours after receipt of the complete documents.
Yes, but for out-of-network providers, you must send the invoices to obtain the reimbursement.
